CRITERIA FOR DETECTION OF STEADY-STATE VOLTAGE STABILITY OF POWER SYSTEMS

Title: CRITERIA FOR DETECTION OF STEADY-STATE VOLTAGE STABILITY OF POWER SYSTEMS
Author: El-Sadek, M. Z.
Abdel-Salam, M. S.
Ibraheem, A. A.
Hussien, A. A.
Appeared in: Electric power components & systems
Paging: Volume 25 (1997) nr. 8 pages 851-864
Year: 1997
Contents: The paper presents three different criteria for detection of steady-state voltage instability, for small and large power systems. The formulation of one of these criteria is developed here. The application of the other two criteria are extended to include large power systems studies with any load-voltage characteristics through a certain suggested technique. Validation of these criteria is proved and the specifications of each of them are highlighted.
