This paper presents a case study of a 'hands on' computing course taught both on-and off-campus to students from developing countries. The paper illustrates that a limited resource environment does not have to be a constraint in mounting a distance education course in computing with a major practical component. Some of the problems encountered and techniques used for implementation are also given. |
