Contents: The Student Right-to-Know and Campus Security Act, passed by Congress on November 9, 1990, mandates that all colleges and universities receiving federal assistance funds under Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965 must provide graduation and crime data to current and prospective students and employees. The purpose of this study was to determine if two-year college admissions officers were complying with the Act's requirements.
