A procedure for obtaining improved estimators for the case of the weighted and compounded convex loss function is proposed. For obtaining these estimators, there is no need for the prior evaluation of the risk function. For illustration, estimation of the mean of the multinormal distribution and the parameters of the multiple regression model are considered. |
