Contents: Various bootstrap-t confidence intervals for the slope parameter of a logistic model are derived and studied. Four different methods of estimating the variance of the estimator fi of the slope parameter are employed. The first method is based o an estimate of the Fisher information, the second and third are based on Tukey's jackknife estimate and an estimate of the influence function of ff respectively, and the fourth is a jackknife method that incorporates a third-order term in a von Mises expansion of P. Simulation studies are conducted to investigate, for balanced experiments, the behaviour of the various intervals as far as coverage probability and expected length are concerned.
