In the article, we study the non-isotropic twisted Laplacian [image omitted] where [image omitted]. We have found its spectrum and the associated eigenfunctions, its fundamental solution, and the associated heat kernel explicitly through its connection with the Kohn's sub-Laplacian on the Heisenberg group. We study the solution of the wave equation associated with La, and prove a result of the finite speed propagation of its fundamental solution. |
