On a C∞manifold x of dimension n+1 we study the class of classical pseudodifferential operators [image omitted] where P and Q are of real principle type principle type whose characteristic varieties ahve non-involutive intersection. In local coordinates [image omitted] the class R is Microlocally equivalent near triple characteristics [image omitted] to the class of Fuchsian operators[image omitted] where Ao Bo are bove, lewis and parentl [4] it is seen that for propagation of singularities near [image omitted] for the class R', we may assume AoBo to eb independent of t, Dt. We then construct microlocal parmetrices to obtain wave front propagation along bicharacteristics at zo. For 'tau;-propagation it is shown that, to impose a 'non-interaction' condition on the wave front sets of Ao and Bonear Zo. Propagation results are also obtined for Fuchsian operators with principal part [image omitted] |
