We study the automorphisrn group of MDS codes which are invariant under a doubly transitive group, and we apply this result to the affine-invariant codes. Using the description of codes into a modular algebra, we characterize the affine-invariant codes which are equivalent to Reed-Solomon codes, then we construct an affine-invariant MDS code which is not equivalent to Reed-Solomon codes. |
