Let Gbe a finite group let H be a subgroup of G× Gand let [image omitted] .The functions in the near-ring M0(G,2,H) are characterized.The radical Iof M0(G,2,H) is found and M0(G,2,H) / Iis shown to be a direct sum, in a natural way, of simple near-rings.
