This study is the second part of a research project aiming at investigating important issues and factors relating to the success of a knowledge-base expert system (KBES) development. Each factor has several surrogate items as dependent variables used to measure certain aspects of the factor. Using angular fuzzy sets, values of the surrogate items can be quantitatively determined and items with values less than one are regarded as weak items. Deployment of corrective action is therefore required to enhance weak items. Despite the limitations of the study, it is believed that it represents one of the first attempts to identify and address the determinants of KBES success in the construction industry. Cette etude constitue la deuxieme partie d'un projet de recherches concu pour la determination des principaux criteres et facteurs de succes d'un systeme expert. Chacun des facteurs comporte plusieurs elements suppleants, du fait que des variables dependantes sont utilisees pour mesurer certains aspects du facteur. Il est possible, a l'aide d'algorithmes angulaires laches, de determiner quantitativement, la valeur des elements suppleants; ceux dont la valeur est inferieure a l sont alors consideres comme des elements faibles. Il est donc necessaire de faire appel a des mesures correctives pour rehausser les elements faibles. En depit de ses limites, l'etude represente l'une des premieres tentatives d'identification et de traitement des facteurs determinant le succes d'un systeme expert destine a l'industrie du batiment. |
