Health problems in the area of the passive support and movement apparatus caused by sport loads are occurring at an increasingly younger age. Thus it is necessary to identify what is called “negative adaptations”; as early as possible. Using comparative measurement of the temporal dependence of the skin temperature of the forehead and of the patella of trained and untrained children, a discrepancy in the daily rhythm pattern of the experimental groups was found. This shows the significance of thermoregulatory chrono-diagnostics for the early identification of developing misadaptations. Such misadaptations should be opposed as soon as possible using a changed pattern of load and recovery. |
