Resume. L'introduction de postes de travail informatises dans les entreprises amene a concevoir des dialogues interactifs pour les operateurs non-informaticiens. L'analyse detaillee du travail des operateurs ainsi que la concertation entre operateurs, ergonomes et informaticiens permet d'elaborer les restructurations eventuelles des taches ainsi que les caracteristiques de logiciels adaptes. The introduction of VDT workstations into everyday office situations necessitates the design of interactive dialogues for non-specialized operators. These dialogues must be developed by a detailed analysis of the operators' work and concerted understanding between operators, ergonomists and computer specialists. The result will be improved tasks and adapted software. |
