Inhoud: Mobile services are steadily gaining greater foothold in everyday life, both in leisure and business. However, a real mobile services breakthrough, other than voice calls and SMS, has not yet been realized. This study focuses on how different dimensions of information quality affect consumers' satisfaction towards mobile information services and eventually the acceptance of these services. We analyze how these dimensions affect consumer satisfaction in both utilitarian and hedonic use contexts. Results show that all information quality dimensions have a statistically significant positive relationship with user satisfaction. User satisfaction in turn has a positive relationship with the intention to use a service again. Results also indicate that content is more important for users with hedonic goals.
