  Automatic measurement of the labyrinth using image registration and a deformable inner ear atlas 1 The first voxel in the image volume is assumed to be located at voxel coordinate (0, 0, 0). 2 Its definition as the standard orientation for depicting human skulls was initially adopted at the 13th General Congress of German Anthropologists (the “Frankfort Agreement”), Frankfurt-am-Main, 1882, and subsequently by the International Agreement for the Unification of Craniometric and Cephalometric Measurements, Monaco, 1906 (19).
