Inhoud: Strength in conditions of brittle fracture is a critical quantitative characteristic of chemically active composite materials. Brittle fracture is a process typical for a defect structure that begins in localized areas of tested samples. The physical basis of the creation of "cross-property connections" between their strength and measured Non-Destructive Method of Control parameters is the stability of the distribution function, physical properties and concentrations of most dangerous defects, rather than their average bulk properties. As a model of the defect structure cylindrically-layered model of medium is proposed based on the concept of the processes of strengthening and hardening of such materials. Elastic, electromagnetic fields and nuclear magnetic resonance phenomena for the proposed medium model that is at any time a viscoelastic body are analyzed based on the statistical theory of brittle fracture, the weakest element concept and standard procedure of relevant samples testing. It is demonstrated that "apparent structural viscosity" is the general physical basis for the determination of "cross-property connections" between elastic, electromagnetic and NMR parameters of the medium model. Regression analysis of measurement results can serve as a reliable tool for their interpretation.
