In the present paper, it will be reportedoriginal results concerning the application of CellularNeural Networks (CNN) in mobile robot pathplanning. In the first part of the paper, a briefintroduction, about CNN and mobile robots navigationin unstructured environment is presented. The rest ofthe paper is entirely devoted to applicationsimplemented using CNN. Different methods for pathfinding to the target and trajectory planning areanalyzed and the obtained results are reported. |
