A rich tyrosinase extract was obtained from a strain of Streptomyces sp. The enzymaticextract was purified by precipitation and gel filtration. The activity was tested on L-DOPA and2-aminophenol. The kinetics of 2-aminophenol oxidation with air in the presence of this extractwas studied and the kinetic parameters were estimated using the Michaelis - Menten model. |
