At 250C and pressures between 5 and 45 bar, the solubilities of carbon dioxide in C4alcohol (n-butanole, sec-butanole, iso-butanole and tert-butanole) were determined. Theexperimental data were compared with calculated values using the principle of the correspondingstate as well with those obtained from a method based on the dependence of activity coefficienton the solubility parameter of gas. In all cases, greater experimental values in comparison withcalculated one were observed. |
