Contents: Turning is one of the most efficient preferred and cutting processes currently known. It wasa challenging task for researchers to study the different dynamic properties explores its specialdynamical properties, including conditions that insure the stability of the cutting process and theassociated nonlinear vibrations. The main goal of this study was to develop and study a simple model,which describe the dynamic interactions in the uncoupled machine tool and cutting process system. Ageneral one-degree-of-freedom mathematical model of orthogonal metal turning was established andexamined.
