In a chemical investigation on the flavone composition of Leonurus heterophyllus a new flavonoside has been isolated. By means of physico-chemical evidences and spectral analysis its structure has been established as quercetin-3-O-[3-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxybenzyl)-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl]-(1→6)-β-d-galactopyranoside (1). |
