Contents: All the performance parameters of 10 Cm diameter silicon single crystal BSF solar cells with Ni-solder metallic contacts are measured in the practically important temperature range of 295-360 K. The diode ideality factor and series resistance computed on the basis of a single exponential model for solar cells are compared with the measured values.
