This work is a continuation of (S. Ammar and J.-C. Vivalda, “On the preservation of observability under sampling”, Systems and Control Letters, 52, pp. 7-15, 2004) in which the authors showed the preservation of the observability under sampling. In the first step of this paper, by removing the assumption of infinitesimal observability and by adding the analyticity of the continuous system, we show the conservation of the observability under sampling almost everywhere. In the second step, we discuss the problem of the observateur under sampling. |
