Contents: The EPR spectra of manganese doped PbTiO3, ceramics and single crystals reveal Mn4+ and Mn2+ incorporated in the oxygen octahedron. Mn4+ is located exactly at Ti4+ site whereas the position of Mn2+ is near to the centre of the oxygen octahedron. Both follow the collective motion of the Ti4+ sublattice. In case of additional doping with La3+ the Mn2+ ion undergoes a thermally excited hopping with correlation times near Tc of the order of 10-10 sec.
