This paper deals with minimum L1 norm estimator under some partial ordered restrictions. It is known that the estimator, in general, is not unique, This paper defines a minimal L1 isotonic regression among the estimators. The uniqueness and some properties of the minimal L1 isotonic regression are discussed and a computing algorithm is given. Applications of the results and some related problems are also discussed in this paper. |
