Many times statisticians are called upon to modify or adapt well known designs or classes of designs to fit unique logistical constraints. A crossover design is presented for a multi-dose study through a modification of an incomplete block design. The rationale behind the construction is presented and methods of evaluating the efficiencies of the design are reviewed using a variety of assumptions regarding the nature of the treatment effects and carryover effects. |
