Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy is now a mature sciezific endeavor that has found many successful applications in a variety of problems in science and technology. Since its discovery in the 1940s, it has developed into a sophisticated but powerful and commonly utilized tool that is found in the analytical laboratory, but also in the pilot plant, the classroom, the highly specialized laboratory, and even in the field.
